The Add-on Acquisiton unit connects to the side of a traditional mechanical-only DMT control unit, which is not in production since 2015. This combination provides the same functionalities of the Control Unit. A USB connection to a laptop computer (not included) enables the automatic acquisition of DMT pressure readings and to record seismic waves using an SDMT probe.
