Terms & Conditions

Your access to and use of the website service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the website marchetti-dmt.it. you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

DELIVERY

The products are shipped within 2 working days and are sent by express courier to the address indicated by the customer. The order is processed taking into consideration the shipping address indicated. Delivery can vary from 1 day to 6 working days depending on the place of destination.
Working days are from Monday to Friday, excluding holiday days, according to the Italian national calendar.
If the courier returns the goods to the seller, due to the impossibility of delivery to the customer, the costs of unsuccessful shipment will be charged to the customer.

It is understood that the customer must be in possession of all the necessary rights and authorizations to import the goods. Studio Marchetti will not be liable for any problem should arise during the importation process.

TAX AND DUTIES

VAT and other local levies and taxes on sales and deliveries are not included in the price agreed. In particular, customs clearance fees, importation fees and importation documentation expenses are at Customer’s charge.

PACKAGING

Our packaging is done in accordance with best practice, therefore Studio Prof. Marchetti cannot be held responsible for any damage occurred during shipment.

SHIPMENT INSURANCE

An insurance may optionally be selected to cover any goods damages and/or losses during shipment. This is calculated as a percentage of the total transaction value. Such insurance will not cover any problem should arise during the importation process, like customer barriers.

If the insurance is added, Studio Prof Marchetti will guarantee the shipment of the selected goods to destination without any additional cost for the customer.

WARRANTY

Studio Prof. Marchetti guarantees supplied equipment for one year from the date of the shipment document and undertakes to repair or replace free of charge the products or parts which are found faulty and/or defective by its Quality Control Manager, provided that the Customer has documented the faults or defects to Studio Prof. Marchetti within 8 days from disclosure and within the guarantee period.
Warranty does not cover shipment costs of any repaired or replaced part nor any direct or indirect cost associated with downtime.
Repair or replacement of parts under warranty will not extend the period of the warranty. The warranty of a replaced part terminates at the same time as the original warranty of the equipment set to which it belongs.
Studio Prof. Marchetti is not responsible for any repair or replacement that is required as a direct result of:

• Wear and tear or any improper use of the equipment
• Failure to properly maintain the equipment according to the maintenance procedures described in the manuals
• Modifications or repairs using non-original components or procedures that have not been specifically approved by Studio Prof. Marchetti
• Damage caused by neglect, fire, flooding or other accidents.

PAYMENT

The Customer may choose to pay through credit cards or through bankswift. The credit card secure payment is available on the Pay Pal portal.
