Is the equipment covered by warranty?
Studio Prof. Marchetti guarantees supplied equipment for one year from the date of the shipment documentation. Warranty is detailed in the TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE page.
How can I find an item on the website?
Items are divided by categories and general equipment pertinence (DMT, SDMT, SPDMT). Items can be searched by name and item number.
Orders
Do I get a confirmation of my online order?
A confirmation of the online order is sent by email to the given address. It contains detailed information of the selected items, total amount of the order, invoicing and delivery address as indicated by the costumer.
If you don’t receive the confirmation email, please write to info@marchetti-dmt.it.
Which currencies are available on the shop?
EURO currency or alternatively USD currency can be selected. It is not possible to change the selected currency after the confirmation of the order.
Payment
How can I settle the online order?
Payment is available with the main credit cards through the PAYPAL portal. The bank swift choice is also available, to be completed 7 days from the confirmation of the order. The items in this case are shipped upon receipt of the bank swift on the company account.
Where can I find the bank swift details?
The bank swift details are given on the website by choosing the bank swift way of payment and are sent via email together with the confirmation of the order.
Delivery
How long does it take to receive the ordered items?
The items available in stock are shipped in 1-2 working days with DHL express service worldwide. The delivery takes from 1 to 6 working days, depending on the destination.
Which INCOTERMS is used for the shipment?
All our shipments are on DAP (delivered at place) INCOTERM basis, meaning the parcel is delivered to the destination address indicated by the customer, including all the shipment expenses and the export procedures from Italy and excluding tax and duty on importation and importation documentation.
Which documentation is provided, travelling with the goods?
Final commercial invoice is issued and attached to the parcel.
Where do I get the tracking number of my parcel?
The tracking number is sent to the provided email address, just after the goods are picked up by DHL.
Is the parcel insured during the shipment?
An insurance may optionally be selected to cover any goods damages and/or losses during shipment. This is calculated as a percentage of the total transaction value.
