About Dmt Settlements

Dmt Settlements (SDMT) is a Dos program for Dmt Settlement prediction. The program runs successfully under Windows if the Dos system is present.

The user responds to the program's questions for describing the settlement parameters (geometry and load). 
A  ".uni" file must then be specified (".uni" files are generated by the Dmt Elab program).

SDMT calculates the predicted settlement with the Dmt Constrained Modulus (M) using Boussinesq formulae (Delta Sv).

DOS supports only file and directory names of maximium 8 characters. It is necessary to respect this DOS restriction for the software installation directory and for the file names.
